Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE FOR MRS, L 28 YEARS OLD, WITH MODERATE ANWMIA IN THE WORKING AREA OF TINEWATI COMMUNITY HELATH CENTER, TASIKMALAYA REGENCY,2026 ABSTRAK BACKGROUND: Anemia in pregnant women is a common health promblem and can have impacts on both the mother and the fetus. Anemia is characterized by hemoglobin levels below 11g/dll and is generally caused by iron deficiency. Low conpliance is consuming Fe tablets is one of the causes of the high rate of anemia during pregnancy. OBJECTIVE: This paper aims to provide midwifery care for pregnant women with mild anemia using the 7 steps of Varney management and SOAP documentation. Method: The method used was a case study through assessment, diagnosis determination, planning, implementation, evaluation, and care documentation. Results: The results of midwifery care for pregnant women with mild anemia showed an increase in the mother's understanding of Fe tablet consumption and nutritional needs during pregnancy. The Varney management and SOAP approach can be properly applied in providing care. Conclusion: The implementation of Varney management and SOAP can help provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women with mild anemia.men,
