Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Politeknik Kesehatan Tasikmalaya Jurusan Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Program Studi D III Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Tasikmalaya 2026 Tangguh Muhamad Al FAtih PENGGUNAAN REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK PADA MASA TRANSISI DI RSUD DR. SOEKARDJO 136 Halaman, 5 Bab, 3 Tabel, 5 Gambar, 25 Lampiran ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Transisi dari rekam medis manual menuju Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) adalah suatu langkah penting yang dilakukan demi meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, perubahan ini menimbulkan berbagai kesulitan bagi tenaga Perekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan (PMIK). Tantangan itu utamanya meliputi adaptasi sistem baru, peningkatan beban kerja, kesiapan kompetensi digital, serta proses kerja hybrid yang berkelanjutan. Permasalahan tersebut menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai bentuk kesiapan serta proses adaptasi tenaga PMIK selama transisi di RSUD dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna memahami persepsi, pengalaman, hambatan, serta dukungan yang berpengaruh terhadap adaptasi tenaga PMIK pada implementasi RME. Dalam metode penelitian, pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi digunakan, yang melibatkan empat informan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data memakai model Miles dan Huberman lewat reduksi data, penyajian data. Kesimpulan ditarik dari dalam proses analisis tersebut. Diharapkan hasil penelitian akan memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang proses adaptasi tenaga PMIK serta dapat menjadi dasar bagi rumah sakit untuk memperkuat strategi implementasi RME secara optimal. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi untuk menggali secara mendalam adaptasi tenaga PMIK pada masa transisi rekam medis manual ke rekam medis elektronik. Wawancara mendalam beserta dokumentasi dilakukan sebagai pengumpulan data guna mendukung proses verifikasi informasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak empat tenaga PMIK. Mereka dipilih karena mereka terlibat secara langsung dalam penggunaan sistem dari Rekam Medis Elektronik. However, this change poses various difficulties for Medical Records and Health Information (PMIK) staff. These challenges mainly include adapting to the new system, increased workload, digital competency readiness, and a continuous hybrid work process. These issues raise questions about the readiness and adaptation process of PMIK personnel during the transition at Dr. Soekardjo General Hospital in Tasikmalaya City. This study was conducted to understand the perceptions, experiences, obstacles, and support that influence the adaptation of PMIK personnel in the implementation of RME. In the research method, a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was used, involving four informants through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction and data presentation. Conclusions were drawn from the analysis process. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide a comprehensive picture of the adaptation process of PMIK personnel and can serve as a basis for hospitals to strengthen their RME implementation strategies optimally.
