Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif memerlukan perencanaan SDM yang memadai. Ulasan google review menunjukkan keluhan waktu tunggu obat di farmasi serta ketidakseimbangan tugas di rekam medis. Tersedia 26 tenaga rekam medis dan 42 tenaga farmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis dan farmasi menggunakan metode analisis beban kerja kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon tahun 2025. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data tahun 2025 dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen pada tenaga rekam medis dan farmasi dengan purposive sampling. Waktu kerja diukur menggunakan stopwatch, dan kebutuhan tenaga dihitung dengan metode ABK-Kes. Hasil Penelitian: Unit rekam medis membutuhkan 20 tenaga kerja dengan ketersediaan 26 orang, sedangkan unit farmasi membutuhkan 54 tenaga kerja dengan ketersediaan 42 orang. Simpulan: Terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah tenaga dan hasil ABK-Kes, yaitu tenaga rekam medis kelebihan, sedangkan tenaga farmasi kekurangan. Background: Effective healthcare services require adequate human resource planning. Google reviews indicate complaints regarding medication wait times at the pharmacy and an imbalance of tasks in medical records. There are 26 medical records staff and 42 pharmacy staff. This study aims to analyze the staffing needs for medical records and pharmacy personnel using the healthcare workload analysis method at Permata Cirebon Hospital in 2025. Research Method: This study employed a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. Data from 2025 were collected through observation, interviews, and document review of medical records and pharmacy staff using purposive sampling. Work hours were measured using a stopwatch, and staffing needs were calculated using the ABK-Kes method. Research Results: The medical records unit requires 20 staff members with 26 available, while the pharmacy unit requires 54 staff members with 42 available. Conclusion: There is a discrepancy between the number of staff and the ABK-Kes results, namely an excess of medical records staff and a shortage of pharmacy staff.
