Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ketidakpastian jumlah kunjungan pasien telah menjadi tantangan operasional yang umum di puskesmas dan berpotensi mengganggu kualitas pelayanan. Puskesmas Jalaksana mengalami peningkatan jumlah kunjungan rawat jalan dari 18.371 (2022), 22.198 (2023), menjadi 25.958 (2024), dengan rata-rata kenaikan 18,89% per tahun. Tren peningkatan ini berpotensi menambah beban layanan di masa mendatang, sementara pelayanan pendaftaran masih melalui dua loket sehingga menimbulkan kepadatan berlebih berujung komplain terkait waktu pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan tahun 2025–2027 guna mendukung perencanaan pelayanan yang lebih terukur. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain time series deskriptif-prediktif. Data sekunder kunjungan rawat jalan tahun 2022–2024 dianalisis menggunakan metode Least Square untuk memprediksi jumlah kunjungan pasien tahun 2025–2027. Analisis meliputi perhitungan indikator rawat jalan, identifikasi tren, dan prediksi kunjungan total maupun poliklinik umum, KIA, dan gigi. Hasil Penelitian: Prediksi menunjukkan kunjungan total meningkat menjadi 29.763 (2025), 33.556 (2026), dan 37.350 (2027), dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan 12,03%. Prediksi per poliklinik menunjukkan rata-rata pertumbuhan tertinggi di poliklinik KIA (20,16%), diikuti poliklinik umum (15,60%) dan gigi (14,51%). Kesimpulan: Kunjungan rawat jalan di Puskesmas Jalaksana diproyeksikan terus meningkat hingga tahun 2027. Hasil ini memberikan landasan berbasis bukti untuk bahan masukan perencanaan strategis, terutama dalam alokasi sumber daya manusia dan peningkatan fasilitas guna mengantisipasi beban kerja serta menjaga mutu layanan. Background: Uncertainty in patient visit volume is a common operational challenge at primary health centers and can disrupt service quality. The Jalaksana primary health center in Kuningan Regency has seen outpatient visits increase from 18,371 (2022) to 22,198 (2023) and 25,958 (2024), averaging 18.89% annual growth. This trend may increase future service loads, while the two-counter registration system causes overcrowding and complaints about wait times. This study aims to predict outpatient visits for 2025–2027 to support more measured service planning. Methods: Using a quantitative descriptive-predictive time series design, secondary outpatient visit data (2022–2024) were analyzed with the Least Square method to predict visits for 2025–2027. The analysis involved calculating outpatient indicators, identifying trends, and forecasting total visits and visits to general polyclinics, maternal and child health, and dental services. Research Results: Projections indicate that total visits will increase to 29,763 (2025), 33,556 (2026), and 37,350 (2027), with an average growth rate of 12.03%. Per-polyclinic projections show the highest average growth rate in the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) polyclinic (20.16%), followed by the General Polyclinic (15.60%) and the Dental Polyclinic (14.51%). Conclusion: Outpatient visits at the Jalaksana Primary Health Center are projected to continue increasing through 2027. These results provide an evidence-based foundation for strategic planning inputs, particularly in human resource allocation and facility improvements to anticipate workload and maintain service quality.
