Abstract

Daftar Pustaka : 57 (2020-2026) Background : The development of information technology in the health sector encourages hospitals to optimize the use of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS/SIMRS) to improve service efficiency, data management, and decision-making. However, its implementation still faces challenges related to human, organizational, and technological aspects. At RSUD Waled, the use of SIMRS (SIRAMAH) has not been optimal, indicated by incomplete CPPT documentation, delayed data entry, and technical problems such as unstable network connections. In addition, the absence of a structured system evaluation causes problems to be poorly documented. Therefore, an evaluation using the Human, Organization, and Technology Fit (HOT-FIT) model is needed to assess implementation success and identify factors affecting Net Benefits in supporting hospital service quality improvement. Research method : This study used a quantitative analytic method with a Cross Sectional design. The population and sample consisted of 91 hospital staff selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The study variables included Human, Organization, and Technology based on the HOT-FIT model. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Rank Spearman test. Result : The results showed that Human, Organization, and Technology variables were in the good to very good category. Based on the Rank Spearman test, there was a significant relationship between Human (r=0.560), Organization (r=0.573), and Technology (r=0.659) with Net Benefits, with Technology being the strongest factor, supported by a p-value ≤ 0.05. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between Human, Organization, and Technology and the Net Benefits of SIMRS users. Keywords : Information System, HMIS, HOT-FIT.
