Abstract

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) adalah suatu kondisi ketika isi lambung mengalami refluks secara berulang ke dalam esofagus, yang menyebabkan terjadinya gejala dan/atau komplikasi yang mengganggu. Prevalensi GERD di Indonesia adalah 27,4%, diantaranya 21,0% mengalami GERD dengan dampak rendah pada kehidupan sehari-hari dan 6,4% mengalami GERD dengan dampak tinggi pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan rekam medis RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon penderita GERD pada tahun 2024 sebanyak 46 pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penatalaksanaan diet penyakit GERD dan asupan lemak pada pasien rawat inap di RSUD Waled. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat descriptive observational dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel penelitian ini, yaitu pasien penderita penyakit GERD yang menjalani rawat inap di RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon yang masuk dalam kriteria inklusi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penatalaksanaan diet telah dilakukan sesuai dengan standar diet penyakit GERD. Persentase rerata asupan lemak pada responden 1 62,1% dan pada responden 2 73,9%, keduanya termasuk kategori kurang karena responden 1 mengalami nyeri ulu hati, demam naik turun, mual dan penurunan nafsu makan, sedangkan responden 2 mengalami demam, pusing, mual dan penurunan nafsu makan. Kata kunci : Asupan Lemak, GERD, Penatalaksanaan Diet Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a condition in which the contents of the stomach repeatedly reflux into the esophagus, causing symptoms and/or complications that are bothersome. The prevalence of GERD in Indonesia is 27.4%, of which 21.0% experience GERD with low impact on daily life and 6.4% experience GERD with high impact on daily life. Based on medical records from the Waled Regional General Hospital in Cirebon Regency, there were 46 GERD patients in 2024. The aim of this study is to determine the dietary management of GERD and fat intake in hospitalized patients at Waled Regional General Hospital. This type of research is descriptive observational with a case study approach. The research sample consists of GERD patients who are hospitalized at Waled Regional General Hospital in Cirebon Regency who meet the inclusion criteria. The results of this study indicate that dietary management has been conducted in accordance with the dietary standards for GERD. The average percentage of fat intake among respondents 1 was 62.1% and among respondent 2 was 73.9%, both falling into the inadequate category as respondent 1 experienced heartburn, fluctuating fever, nausea, and decreased appetite, while respondent 2 experienced fever, dizziness, nausea, and decreased appetite.
