Abstract
Analisis beban kerja adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga kerja berdasarkan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan di setiap posisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja di bagian pengolahan rekam medis Rumah Sakit Ciremai menggunakan metode Analisis Beban Kerja Kesehatan (ABK-Kes). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta penghitungan waktu kerja dan norma waktu kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan ideal tenaga rekam medis berdasarkan beban kerja aktual adalah sebanyak 13 orang, namun jumlah petugas yang tersedia hanya 4 orang. Terdapat kekurangan sebanyak 9 tenaga kerja, terutama pada bagian pelaporan rawat inap, mutu/KLPCM, dan korespondensi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa distribusi tenaga belum seimbang dengan beban kerja aktual yang ada. Penambahan tenaga rekam medis diperlukan untuk mendukung efektivitas kerja, menjaga kualitas pelayanan, dan menjamin keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Ciremai . This study aims to analyze the need for workers in the medical record processing section of Ciremai Hospital using the Health Workload Analysis (ABK-Kes) method. The approach used is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and calculating working hours and activity time norms. The results of the study indicate that the ideal need for medical record personnel based on the actual workload is 13 people, but the number of officers available is only 4 people. There is a shortage of 9 workers, especially in the inpatient reporting, quality/KLPCM, and correspondence sections. This finding indicates that the distribution of workers is not balanced with the actual workload. The addition of medical record personnel is needed to support work effectiveness, maintain service quality, and ensure patient safety at Hospital .
