Abstract

Pharmaceutical services in health centers are an important unit in improving the quality of health services for the community. Good pharmaceutical services will improve the quality of life of patients, patient loyalty, and also increase patient satisfaction. Quality pharmaceutical services can create satisfaction that can be an indicator of service quality and influence consumer behavior in choosing health services. Darma Health Center is a health facility unit of the Kuningan Regency Health Office which functions to carry out basic health service activities in its work area. Darma Health Center has a working area of 19 villages, which is the highest number of working areas in Kuningan Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the Level of Satisfaction of Outpatients with Pharmaceutical Services at Darma Health Center, Kuningan Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, the results of the questionnaires that had been filled in were then given a value by giving a score based on a Likert scale. The sample obtained was 98 respondents. The results of the study obtained the level of satisfaction in the responsiveness dimension of 88.12% (very satisfied), reliability 84.27% (very satisfied), assurance 86.57% (very satisfied), empathy 82.84% (very satisfied), and tangible 85.04% (very satisfied). This study concluded that patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at the Darma Health Center was 85.3% with a very satisfied category.
