Abstract
Nutritional problems are inseparable from feeding patterns, failure in feeding practices is one of the causes of toddler eating problems. The practice of feeding patterns or Basic Feeding rules is an indirect factor that affects nutritional status. Therefore, feeding patterns have a close relationship with the nutritional status of toddlers. The purpose of this study is to determinethe relationship between the implementation of Basic Feeding Rules and the nutritional status of toddlers aged 12-59 months in Ciapus Village, Banjaran District, Bandung Regency in 2024. This study uses an observational analytical method with a Cross Sectional approach. The research sample was 99 toddlers aged 12-59 months determined by the Stratified Random Sampling method. The data analysis method in this study used the Chi-Square test. The results of this study were obtained in toddlers aged 12-59 months, the most categories were Good Nutritional Status, which was 77 toddlers (77.8%) and Good Basic Feeding Rules implementation patterns were 49 respondents (49.5%). The results of the bivariate statistical test showed a p value = 0.000 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the implementation pattern of Basic Feeding Rules and the nutritional status of toddlers aged 12-59 months in Ciapus Village, Banjaran District.
