Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 Pasal 3 tentang Rekam Medis Elektronik dijelaskan bahwa rekam medis elektronik adalah jenis rekam medis yang dibuat dengan menggunakan sistem elektronik dan dirancang untuk keperluan penyelenggaraan rekam medis. Pemilihan objek penelitian ini didasarkan urgensi dan relevansi pengembangan rekam medis elektronik bencana berbasis mobile. Penelitian ini melanjutkan penelitian sebelumnya terkait perancangan rekam medis bencana. Hasil studi pendahuluan di UPTD Puskesmas Salawu sedang dalam transisi ke rekam medis elektronik dan saat ini hanya baru ada rekam medis manual dan membutuhkan desain aplikasi yang untuk menginput data dan mengakses informasi medis pasien selama periode bencana. Penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan dibuatnya desain user interface / user experience rekam medis elektronik bencana yang mengacu pada Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor : HK.01.07/MENKES/1423/2022 tentang varibel meta data rekam medis wabah dan bencana. Metodologi Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus serta menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawanacara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian ini yaitu desain user interface / user experience dan prototype rekam medis elektronik bencana yang dinamai SILONA (Sistem Pelaporan Bencana) agar pelayanan di UPTD Puskesmas Salawu menajdi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kesimpulan : Desain user interface / user experience dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di UPTD Puskesmas Salawu sehingga dapat membantu pelayanan. The selection of this research object was based on the urgency and relevance of developing mobile-based disaster electronic medical records. This research continues previous research related to designing disaster medical records. Preliminary study results at the Salawu Community Health Center UPTD are currently transitioning to electronic medical records and currently only have manual medical records and require an application design to input data and access patient medical information during the disaster period. The solution to this problem is by creating a user interface / user experience design for disaster electronic medical records which refers to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: HK.01.07/MENKES/1423/2022 concerning meta data variables for epidemic and disaster medical records. Research Methodology : This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study research design and uses data collection methods through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation Research Results : The results of this research are the design of a user interface / user experience and a disaster electronic medical record prototype called SILONA (Disaster Reporting System) so that services at the UPTD Puskesmas Salawu become more effective and efficient. Conclussion : The user interface / user experience design is designed according to the needs of the Salawu Health Center UPTD so that it can help services.
