Abstract
FIRDA ZULIANTY. Overview of Availability, Consumption of Vegetables and Fruits and Nutritional Status In toddlers 23-59 months in Kersagalih Village, Jatiwaras District, Tasikmalya Regency in 2023. Under supervision of IRMA NURAENI ABSTRACT Toddlers are children who have reached the age of one year to five years or can be used to calculate months, namely 0-59 months. In 2021 the prevalence of stunting in the Tasikmalaya district reaches 24.4%, the Tasikmalaya district has a fairly high incidence of stunting, one of which is Jatiwaras District. Kersagalih Village is one of the villages in Jatiwaras which has the highest prevalence of stunting under five, namely 39.22%. The type of research used is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using primary data from the results of anthropometric measurements using microtoise, weight scales and interviews using SQ-FFQ, the sample population used was all toddlers 24-59 months in Kersagalih Village, Jatiwaras District, Tasikmalaya Regency, the sample used was from the population, namely 30 respondents, data analysis in this study used data processing software. The results showed that in terms of vegetable frequency it was not as recommended by 27 toddlers and as recommended by 3 toddlers, in terms of fruit frequency it was recommended by 20 toddlers and not as recommended by 10 toddlers. Nutritional status according to weight/height undernutrition 13.3%, good nutrition 86.67%, according to weight/age less weight 20%, normal weight 80%, according to height/age very short 13.3%, short 20%, and normally 66.67%. There needs to be training for cadres on proper weighing, and providing vegetables and fruit every day with attention to variety, quantity and frequency.
