Abstract

The process of childbirth is a continuation of the pregnancy phase in women with The process of giving birth is a continuation of the pregnancy phase in women with a normal gestational age of around thirty-eight weeks or nine months. Sectio caesarea (SC) is a labor process to expel the fetus through an abdominal incision (laparotomy) and an incision in the uterus (hysterotomy). The impact of the delivery process by sectio caesarea (SC) is pain. Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience resulting from tissue damage or has the potential to cause tissue damage, or conditions that describe tissue damage. One of the non-pharmacological pain management that can be done is the finger hold relaxation technique. The finger hold relaxation technique is an easy way to manage emotions and develop emotional intelligence. Along the fingers there are channels or channels of energy that are connected to various organs and emotions. The author of this scientific paper is to find out the description of giving finger hold relaxation measures in reducing pain intensity in post-sectio caesarea mothers. This Scientific Writing Method is qualitative in the form of a comparative case study on two respondents. This Scientific Writing is carried out by applying the finger hold relaxation technique to Mrs. D and Mrs. F to reduce pain intensity. Overall it can reduce the intensity of pain in post sectio caesarea mothers. Everyone who experiences pain will differ in the results that relaxation measures have taken, depending on what factors influence the pain. It is hoped that health workers can provide assistance by counseling and demonstrations regarding pain management.
