Abstract
Latar Belakang: Petugas koder klaim rawat inap berperan penting dalam proses klaim Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), khususnya penyelesaian Surat Eligibilitas Peserta (SEP). Tingginya volume dan kompleksitas berkas klaim berpotensi menimbulkan beban kerja yang tidak seimbang dan berdampak pada kinerja petugas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban kerja dan kebutuhan tenaga koder klaim rawat inap di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung berdasarkan metode Analisis Beban Kerja Kesehatan (ABK-Kes). Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Beban Kerja Kesehatan (ABK-Kes) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petugas koder klaim rawat inap berjumlah 11 orang. Sampel ditentukan secara purposive sebanyak 4 orang, terdiri dari Kepala Sub Instalasi Klaim Rawat Inap dan 3 petugas koder klaim rawat inap yang mewakili masing-masing lokasi pelayanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan telaah dokumen, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan tahapan perhitungan ABK-Kes. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan ABK-Kes didapatkan jumlah kebutuhan koder sebanyak 17 petugas, ketersediaan saat ini hanya 11 petugas, sehingga perlu penambahan 6 petugas. Background: Inpatient claims coders play a crucial role in the National Health Insurance (JKN) claims process, particularly in the processing of Participant Eligibility Letters (SEP). The high volume and complexity of claim files can potentially create an unbalanced workload and impact staff performance. Therefore, this study aims to determine the workload and staff requirements for inpatient claims coders at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, using the Health Workload Analysis (ABK-Kes) method. Research methods: This study used the Health Workload Analysis (ABK-Kes) method with a descriptive quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design. The study population was all 11 inpatient claim coders. A purposive sample of four people was determined, consisting of the Head of the Inpatient Claims Sub-Installation and three inpatient claim coders representing each service location. Data were collected through interviews and document review, then analyzed based on the ABK-Kes calculation stages. Research Result: The research results based on ABK-Kes calculations show that the number of coders needed is 17 officers, with the current availability of only 11 officers, so an additional 6 officers are needed.
