Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Ketuban Pecah Dini (KPD) merupakan komplikasi obstetri utama yang meningkatkan risiko morbiditas maternal dan perinatal. RSUD Majalengka sebagai pusat rujukan sekunder Kelas B menghadapi beban kasus rujukan patologis yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor maternal (paritas, usia ibu, dan usia kehamilan) yang berhubungan dengan kejadian KPD di Ruang Bersalin RSUD Majalengka tahun 2025. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu bersalin di RSUD Majalengka tahun 2025 dengan total sampel sebanyak 920 responden yang diambil menggunakan data sekunder Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) tanpa adanya data hilang (missing value 0%). Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan Risk Estimate pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (alpha = 0,05). Hasil: Angka kejadian KPD di lokasi penelitian mencapai 25,7% (236 kasus). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ketiga variabel berhubungan signifikan dengan KPD. Ibu primipara memiliki risiko 1,64 kali lebih besar mengalami KPD dibandingkan multipara (p=0,00.. Simpulan: Paritas primipara, usia reproduksi sehat, dan usia kehamilan preterm secara signifikan meningkatkan risiko kejadian KPD. Manajemen rumah sakit disarankan mengoptimalkan kesiapan unit NICU serta memperketat penapisan antenatal care di tingkat pelayanan primer. ABSTRACT Background: Premature Rupture of Membranes (PROM) is a major obstetric complication that increases maternal and perinatal morbidity. As a Class B secondary referral center, RSUD Majalengka faces a significant burden of pathological referral cases. This study aims to determine the maternal factors (parity, maternal age, and gestational age) associated with the incidence of PROM in the Delivery Room of RSUD Majalengka in 2025. Methodology: A quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design was conducted. The study population consisted of all delivery mothers at RSUD Majalengka in 2025, with a total sample size of 920 respondents selected using secondary data from Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with 0% missing values. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test and Risk Estimate at a 95% confidence level (alpha = 0.05). Results: The incidence rate of PROM at the research site reached 25.7% (236 cases). Bivariant analysis showed that all three variables were significantly associated with PROM. Conclusion: Primiparous parity, healthy reproductive age, and preterm gestational age significantly increase the risk of PROM. The hospital management is recommended to optimize NICU facility readiness and tighten antenatal care screening at primary healthcare levels.
