Abstract
Latar Belakang: Sistem Informasi Kesehatan menjadi bagian penting dalam transformasi pelayanan kesehatan. BPJS Kesehatan mengembangkan aplikasi Mobile JKN dengan fitur Skrining Kesehatan untuk mendukung deteksi dini penyakit, terutama karena prevalensi penyakit tidak menular dan menular masih tinggi secara nasional termasuk di Kota Cirebon. Di sisi lain, penelitian yang secara spesifik mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna terhadap fitur Skrining Kesehatan pada Mobile JKN juga masih belum ditemukan sehingga terdapat research gap dalam literatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris terkait tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap fitur Skrining Kesehatan Mobile JKN. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif analitik dengan desain Cross-Sectional. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN yang pernah menggunakan fitur Skrining Kesehatan serta berdomisili di Kota Cirebon. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow menghasilkan 385 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel quota sampling. Hasil Penelitian: Variabel Content berpengaruh positif dengan kepuasan pengguna (ρ = 0,722, p < 0,05); variabel Accuracy berpengaruh positif dengan kepuasan pengguna (ρ = 0,680, p < 0,05); variabel Format berpengaruh positif dengan kepuasan pengguna (ρ = 0,714, p < 0,05); variabel Ease of Use berpengaruh positif dengan kepuasan pengguna (ρ = 0,711, p < 0,05); dan variabel Timeliness berpengaruh positif dengan kepuasan pengguna (ρ = 0,635, p < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Rank Spearman, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelima variabel memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada fitur Skrining Kesehatan di aplikasi Mobile JKN. Background: Health Information Systems are an essential component in the transformation of healthcare services. BPJS Kesehatan developed the Mobile JKN application, including the Health Screening feature, to support early disease detection, particularly because the prevalence of communicable and non-communicable diseases remains high at the national level, including in Cirebon City. However, studies that specifically evaluate user satisfaction with the Health Screening feature in Mobile JKN remain limited, indicating a gap in the existing literature. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the level of user satisfaction with the Health Screening feature of the Mobile JKN application. Method: This study used a descriptive analytic quantitative method with a Cross-Sectional design. The population consisted of Mobile JKN users who have used the Health Screening feature and reside in Cirebon City. The sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 385 respondents, with quota sampling used as the sampling technique. Result: The Content variable had a positive effect on user satisfaction (ρ = 0.722, p < 0.05); the Accuracy variable had a positive effect on user satisfaction (ρ = 0.680, p < 0.05); the Format variable had a positive effect on user satisfaction (ρ = 0.714, p < 0.05); the Ease of Use variable had a positive effect on user satisfaction (ρ = 0.711, p < 0.05); and the Timeliness variable had a positive effect on user satisfaction (ρ = 0.635, p < 0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results of the Spearman Rank correlation test, it can be concluded that all five variables have a positive and significant relationship with user satisfaction with the Health Screening feature in the JKN Mobile application.
