Abstract
Abstrak Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Asia Tenggara memiliki prevalensi TB paru tertinggi secara global (45,6%), dengan Indonesia menempati peringkat kedua dunia (9,2%). Provinsi Jawa Barat menyumbang beban kasus terbesar di Indonesia, yaitu 23% dari total kasus nasional. Berdasarkan Global TB Report 2023, estimasi kasus TB di Indonesia mencapai 1.090.000 atau 387 per 100.000 penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan dan mendeskripsikan distribusi spasial prevalensi TB paru serta faktor risiko yang meliputi status gizi, kebiasaan merokok, dan kontak serumah di Provinsi Jawa Barat menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Metodologi Penelitian: Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif analitik dengan metode ekologi cross-sectional, memanfaatkan data sekunder Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) 2023 pada 27 kabupaten/kota. Provinsi Jawa Barat. Analisis spasial dilakukan menggunakan QGIS untuk pemetaan Hasil Penelitian: Kategori sedang (0,4–0,7%) pada 11 wilayah, dan kategori tinggi (>0,8%) pada 2 wilayah. Faktor risiko gizi kurang dan kebiasaan merokok didominasi kategori sedang, sedangkan kontak serumah didominasi kategori rendah. Uji Bivariat Global Moran’s I menunjukkan tidak terdapat autokorelasi spasial yang signifikan antara TB paru dengan gizi kurang (0,0439), kebiasaan merokok (0,0253), dan kontak serumah (0,0163). Ketiga faktor risiko menunjukkan pola mengelompok lemah namun tidak signifikan. Kesimpulan: Pola sebaran faktor risiko tidak selalu sejalan dengan distribusi TB paru, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh multidimensional. Pemetaan ini memberikan dasar informasi untuk intervensi pengendalian TB Paru yang lebih terarah. Abstrack Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Southeast Asia has the highest prevalence of pulmonary Tuberculosis globally (45.6%), with Indonesia ranking second worldwide (9.2%). West Java Province accounts for the largest share of cases in Indonesia, representing 23% of the national total. According to the 2023 Global Tuberculosis Report, the estimated number of Tuberculosis cases in Indonesia reached 1,090,000, or 387 per 100,000 population. This study aims to map and describe the spatial distribution of pulmonary Tuberculosis prevalence as well as risk factors, including nutritional status, smoking habits, and household contacts in West Java Province using a Geographic Information System (GIS). Research Methodology: The study design employed a quantitative analytical approach using a cross-sectional ecological method, utilizing secondary data from the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI) across 27 districts/cities in West Java Province. Spatial analysis was conducted using QGIS for mapping Research Findings: Moderate category (0.4–0.7%) in 11 areas, and high category (>0.8%) in 2 areas. Risk factors for undernutrition and smoking were predominantly in the moderate category, while household contact was predominantly in the low category. Moran’s I global bivariate test showed no significant spatial autocorrelation between pulmonary Tuberculosis and undernutrition (0.0439), smoking habits (0.0253), and household contact (0.0163). All three risk factors showed weak clustering patterns but were not statistically significant. Conclusion: The distribution patterns of risk factors do not always align with the distribution of pulmonary Tuberculosis, indicating the presence of multidimensional influences. This mapping provides a foundation of information for more targeted pulmonary Tuberculosis control interventions.
