Abstract
Latar Belakang: Implementasi sistem E-Puskesmas menandai diterapkannya Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di Puskesmas Kedawung sebagai upaya mendukung digitalisasi pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, seperti sistem yang sering mengalami error, gangguan jaringan, serta pelatihan penggunaan sistem yang belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh kepada seluruh pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi sistem E-Puskesmas menggunakan metode HOT-Fit dan TAM di Puskesmas Kedawung tahun 2026. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 61 pegawai dengan sampel sebanyak 38 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu HOT-Fit meliputi Human, Organization, Technology, dan Net Benefit, serta TAM meliputi Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 1–5 kepada pegawai pengguna E-Puskesmas. Data dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS IBM 26 secara deskriptif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi E-Puskesmas berada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik, dengan persentase Human sebesar 76,1%, Organization 81%, Technology 75,8%, Net Benefit 77%, Perceived Usefulness 77,5%, dan Perceived Ease of Use 74.5%. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi E-Puskesmas di Puskesmas Kedawung berdasarkan metode HOT-Fit dan TAM berada pada kategori baik dan sangat baik, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan kualitas sistem, jaringan, dan pelatihan pengguna agar implementasi sistem dapat berjalan lebih optimal. However, several obstacles were encountered during its implementation, such as frequent system errors, network disruptions, and incomplete training for all staff. This study aims to determine the implementation of the E-Puskesmas system using the HOT-Fit and TAM methods at the Kedawung Community Health Center in 2026. Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of 61 employees with a sample of 38 respondents obtained using the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The evaluation method used was HOT-Fit, which includes Human, Organization, Technology, and Net Benefit, and TAM, which includes Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire 1–5 to employees who use E-Puskesmas. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS IBM 26 descriptively. Results: The results of the study showed that the implementation of E-Puskesmas was in the good and very good categories, with a Human percentage of 76.1%, Organization 81%, Technology 75.8%, Net Benefit 77%, Perceived Usefulness 77.5%, and Perceived Ease of Use 74.5%. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of E-Puskesmas at Kedawung Community Health Center based on the HOT-Fit and TAM methods is in the good and very good categories, but it is still necessary to improve the quality of the system, network, and user training so that the system implementation can run more optimally.
