Abstract
Latar Belakang: Diabetes mellitus merupakan silent killer dengan prevalensi tinggi di Kabupaten Majalengka, dengan jumlah kasus mencapai lebih dari 12.000 orang pada tahun 2024. Tingginya angka tersebut menjadikan Puskesmas Sindangwangi sebagai wilayah berisiko yang menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya dalam deteksi dini komplikasi kaki diabetik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi skrining berbasis digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan jangkauan layanan. Tujuan membuat prototype aplikasi skrining kaki diabetik berbasis Inlow’s 60-Second Diabetic Foot Screen sebagai alat bantu di Puskesmas. Metodologi Penelitian: Jenis penelitian menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) berdasarkan model Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). Sistem menggunakan metode forward chaining, dengan basis data MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Uji coba lapangan dilakukan pada 30 penderita Diabetes mellitus instrumen PSSUQ untuk menilai tingkat kegunaan aplikasi. Background: Diabetes mellitus is a silent killer with a high prevalence in Majalengka Regency, with the number of cases reaching more than 12,000 people by 2024. This high number places the Sindangwangi Community Health Center (Puskesmas) at risk, facing limited resources for early detection of diabetic foot complications. Therefore, digital-based screening innovations are needed to improve service efficiency and reach. The goal is to create a prototype diabetic foot screening application based on Inlow's 60-Second Diabetic Foot Screen as a tool in the Puskesmas. Methods: This research used Research and Development (R&D) based on the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) model. The system uses the forward chaining method, with a MySQL database and the PHP programming language. Field trials were conducted on 30 patients with Diabetes mellitus using the PSSUQ instrument to assess the application's usability.
