Abstract

Kata Kunci: Pemetaan, Sebaran, Demam Berdarah Dengue, SIG, Q-GIS Daftar Pustaka: 36 Backround: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and transmitted through the bites of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. DHF remains a public health problem in Indonesia, including in Cirebon City. In 2025, the working area of Kalijaga Permai Public Health Center was one of the areas with the highest number of DHF cases. The use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can help map the spatial distribution of cases based on their locations, enabling high-risk areas to be identified more accurately. This study aimed to map and analyze the spatial distribution of DHF cases in the working area of Kalijaga Permai Public Health Center, Cirebon City, in 2025 using GIS. Research Methodology: This study employed a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were DHF case reporting officers at the public health center, while the research object consisted of secondary data on DHF cases in 2025. Data were analyzed using Geographic Information Systems to describe the distribution pattern of cases and the characteristics of patients based on sex and age group. Results: The results showed that the number of DHF cases in the working area of Kalijaga Permai Public Health Center increased during the 2023–2025 period, with the highest number recorded in 2025, totaling 153 cases. GIS mapping indicated a clustered distribution pattern, with the highest concentration of cases found in three areas. Based on patient characteristics, most cases occurred among females (53%) and children aged 0–4 years (35%). Conclusion: DHF cases in the working area of Kalijaga Permai Public Health Center increased during the 2023–2025 period. The distribution pattern was clustered, with the highest number of cases occurring among females and children aged 0–4 years. The use of GIS can assist in identifying priority areas for DHF control efforts. Keywords: Mapping, Distribution, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, GIS, Q-GIS Bibliography: 36
