Abstract
INTISARI Latar Belakang: Induksi persalinan merupakan salah satu intervensi obstetri penting sebagai upaya menekan angka Sectio Caesarea (SC). Namun, tingginya angka kegagalan induksi di RS TK III 03. 06. 01 Ciremai Cirebon menjadi permasalahan klinis yang perlu dikaji. Pada tahun 2025 tercatat 732 kasus induksi dengan keberhasilan pervaginam hanya 270 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur ibu, paritas, hasil CTG, dan Bishop Score dengan keberhasilan induksi persalinan. Metode: Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data diambil dari rekam medis elektronik (E-RM) sebanyak 290 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan angka kegagalan induksi persalinan sebesar 51,0%. Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara umur ibu (p = 0,499; OR = 1,214) dan paritas (p = 0,054; OR = 1,606) dengan keberhasilan induksi persalinan. Sebaliknya, terdapat hubungan yang sangat bermakna antara hasil CTG (p = 0,000; OR = 19,396) dan Bishop Score (p = 0,000; OR = 32,325) dengan keberhasilan induksi persalinan. Kesimpulan: Bishop Score dan hasil CTG merupakan prediktor utama keberhasilan induksi persalinan. Ibu dengan Bishop Score tidak matang (≤5) berisiko 32,3 kali mengalami kegagalan induksi, sedangkan ibu dengan CTG patologis berisiko 19,4 kali lebih besar mengalami kegagalan. Penilaian Bishop Score dan pemantauan CTG secara sistematis sangat direkomendasikan sebelum dan selama prosedur induksi persalinan dilaksanakan. ABSTRACT Background: Labor induction is a critical obstetric intervention aimed at reducing Sectio Caesarea (SC) rates. However, the high rate of induction failure at RS TK III 03.06.01 Ciremai Cirebon has become a significant clinical concern. In 2025, 732 induction cases were recorded, with only 270 achieving successful vaginal delivery. This study aimed to determine the relationship between maternal age, parity, CTG results, and Bishop Score with the success of labor induction. Methods: This was a quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional approach. Data were obtained from electronic medical records (E-RM) of 290 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test at a 95% confidence level. Results: Results revealed an induction failure rate of 51.0%. No statistically significant relationship was found between maternal age (p = 0.499; OR = 1.214) and parity (p = 0.054; OR = 1.606) with the success of labor induction. Conversely, highly significant relationships were found between CTG results (p = 0.000; OR = 19.396) and Bishop Score (p = 0.000; OR = 32.325) with the success of labor induction. Conclusion: Bishop Score and CTG results are the primary predictors of successful labor induction. Mothers with an immature Bishop Score (≤5) have a 32.3 times higher risk of induction failure, while those with pathological CTG results carry a 19.4 times greater risk. Systematic Bishop Score assessment and continuous CTG monitoring are strongly recommended prior to and throughout the labor induction procedure.
