Abstract
ASI yang tidak keluar merupakan kondisi ASI yang tidak berproduksi atau produksi ASI yang sedikit. Hal ini merupakan pengaruh yang terjadi akibat kekurangan hormon oksitosin karena isapan bayi yang mengaktifkan kerjanya hormon oksitosin berkurang. Hormon oksitosin memiliki peran sebagai perangsang otot bolos yang bekerja untuk meremas ASI yang ada pada alveoli, lobus, serta duktus yang berisi ASI yang dikeluarkan melalui puting susu. Pijat Oksitosin merupakan pemijatan sepanjang tulang belakang (vertebrae) sampai tulang costae kelima-keenam dan merupakan usaha untuk merangsang hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin setelah melahirkan.
