Abstract
KEMENTERIAN KESEHATAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN KEMENKES TASIKMALAYA PROGRAM STUDI DIPLOMA III KEPERAWATAN CIREBON Karya Tulis Ilmiah, 02 Juni 2025 Implementasi Perawatan Luka Modern Dressing Pada Pasien Ny. N Dan Tn. S Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Gangguan Integritas Jaringan Post Hernioraphy Di Ruang Imam Bonjol Rsud Arjawinangun Kabupaten Cirebon Denisa Fajrin Muharram1, Edi Ruhmadi2, Agus Nurdin3 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Melihat data pada tahun 2017 melalui Riskesdas yang dilakukan di Indonesia, penyakit peringkat kedua setelah batu saluran kemih yang kasusnya berkisar 2.245 adalah hernia. Pada saat ini tindakan pembedahan menjadi opsi yang lebih efektif dalam mengatasi hernia. Tindakan pembedahan hernioraphy menyebabkan sayatan yang mengakibatkan adanya jahitan luka pada bekas sayatan dan terjadi kerusakan jaringan. Munculnya masalah keperawatan kerusakan jaringan tentunya memerlukan tindakan perawatan luka. Saat ini teknik perawatan modern dianggap lebih efektif untuk penyembuhan luka. Prinsip teknik modern dressing adalah mempertahankan luka tetap lembab dan tertutup, atau dikenal dengan metode moist wound healing. Menggunakan balutan penahan kelembaban yang menyembuhkan luka dan terjadi pertumbuhan jaringan secara alami. Tujuan: Melaksanakan implementasi perawatan luka modern dressing pada pasien post hernioraphy. Metode: Desain karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan fisik terhadap kedua pasien yang menerima tindakan perawatan luka modern dressing. Hasil: Kedua pasien menunjukkan perbaikan signifikan pada luka operasi setelah empat kali penggantian balutan menggunakan hydrocolloid dressing. Luka mengalami penurunan tanda-tanda infeksi seperti rubor, dolor, dan tumor, serta fungsi jaringan kembali normal. Pasien 1 menunjukkan penyembuhan yang lebih cepat dibandingkan pasien 2, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor usia, status nutrisi, dan riwayat operasi. Namun, hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa luka pada kedua pasien sembuh sempurna. Kesimpulan: Implementasi perawatan luka modern dressing efektif dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka post hernioraphy dan mencegah komplikasi luka operasi. Perbedaan kecepatan penyembuhan antara pasien menunjukkan pentingnya mempertimbangkan faktor individu dalam perawatan luka. Currently, surgery is a more effective option in treating hernias. Hernioraphy surgery causes an incision that results in a suture wound at the incision site and tissue damage occurs. The emergence of tissue damage nursing problems certainly requires wound care measures. Currently, modern care techniques are considered more effective for wound healing. The principle of modern dressing techniques is to keep the wound moist and closed, otherwise known as the moist wound healing method. Using a moisture-retaining dressing heals the wound and natural tissue growth occurs. Objective: To implement modern wound dressing in post hernioraphy patients. Methods: The design of this scientific paper is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and physical examinations of the two patients who received modern wound dressing. Results: Both patients showed significant improvement in the surgical wound after four dressing changes using hydrocolloid dressing. The wound had decreased signs of infection such as rubor, dolor, and tumor, and tissue function returned to normal. Patient 1 showed faster healing than patient 2, which was influenced by age, nutritional status, and surgical history. However, the final results showed that the wounds in both patients healed completely. Conclusion: The implementation of modern wound dressing is effective in accelerating post-hernioraphy wound healing and preventing surgical wound complications. The difference in healing speed between patients shows the importance of considering individual factors in wound care.
