Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Resume medis merupakan ringkasan penting dari perawatan pasien yang digunakan untuk pengkodean diagnosis dan klaim asuransi sesuai dengan ICD-10. Keakuratan dan kelengkapan resume medis berdampak pada manajemen klinis, klaim biaya, dan evaluasi layanan. Tuberkulosis paru, penyakit infeksi menular yang serius, membutuhkan diagnosis dan pengkodean yang tepat agar penanganan pasien dapat optimal. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Jawa Barat, Kabupaten Cirebon memiliki prevalensi TB yang tinggi. Studi pendahuluan di RS Sumber Waras menunjukkan adanya ketidaklengkapan resume medis (anamnesa. pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan penunjang, diagnosa, dan terapi/obat) dan ketidaktepatan pengkodean diagnosis TB paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kelengkapan resume medis dan akurasi pengkodean diagnosis TB paru di rumah sakit tersebut. Metode Penelitian : Kuantitatif korelasional, dengan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji chi-square. Total sampel 72 dokumen rekam medis pasien dengan diagnosa tuberkulosis paru dengan total sampling. Hasil Penelitian : Kelengkapan pada resume medis dengan kategori tidak terisi lengkap tertinggi terdapat pada isian Anamnesa yaitu berjumlah 21 (29,1%) dan kategori tertinggi pada kategori lengkap terdapat pada isian Pemeriksaan fisik dengan jumlah 65 (90,2%) rekam medis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SPSS didapatkan hasil p < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara kelengkapan data resume medis dengan kekuratan pengkodean Tuberkulosis paru di RS Sumber Waras Cirebon. The accuracy and completeness of medical resumes impact clinical management, cost claims, and service evaluation. Pulmonary tuberculosis, a serious infectious disease, requires proper diagnosis and coding for optimal patient care. Based on data from the West Java Health Office, Cirebon Regency has a high prevalence of TB. Preliminary studies at Sumber Waras Hospital showed incomplete medical resumes (anamnesa. physical examination, supporting examination, diagnosis, and therapy / medicine) and inaccurate coding of pulmonary TB diagnosis. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the completeness of medical resumes and the accuracy of pulmonary TB diagnosis coding at the hospital. Research Methods : Quantitative correlation, with data analysis performed using the chi-square test. Total sample 72 medical record documents of patients with a diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis with total sampling. Research Results : Completeness in medical resumes with the highest incomplete category is found in the Anamnesa content, totaling 21 (29.1%) and the highest category in the complete category is in the physical examination content with a total of 65 (90.2%) medical records. Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the results obtained p < 0.05, namely 0.000, thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conclusion : There is a relationship between the completeness of medical resume data and the accuracy of pulmonary tuberculosis coding at Sumber Waras Hospital Cirebon.
