Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di era 5.0 melalui integrasi aspek administrasi, klinis, dan finansial rumah sakit, sehingga informasi dapat diakses dengan akurat, cepat, dan mudah diakses. Meski sudah diterapkan, SIMRS masih menghadapi tantangan yang dapat menghambat pelayanan. Karena itu, diperlukan deskripsi terhadap (usability) sistem untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini fokus mengeksplorasi sejauh mana penerapan SIMRS mendukung efisiensi pelayanan pasien dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan di rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, gambaran penerapan SIMRS terhadap efisiensi pelayanan pasien penting untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dan keberhasilan. Metodologi Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik sampling Total Sampling sejumlah 46 responden. Hasil: Hasil penilaian skor System Usability Scale (SUS) diperoleh rata-rata dengan nilai 71,03. Jika ditinjau dari kategori sifat (adjective ratings), layanan Rumah Sakit Ciremai dikategorikan sebagai ‘Good’. Dari segi tingkat penerimaan (grade scale) dengan skor 71,03 termasuk dalam kategori ‘C’. Dan pada segi acceptibility ranges di skor 71,03 termasuk dalam kategori ‘acceptable’ Namun, interpretasi berdasarkan NPS, hasilnya adalah ‘passive’, dalam artian pengguna SIMRS tidak dalam kondisi menolak atau tidak mau menggunakan layanan ini. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan pengukuran SUS dalam kategori "Good" menunjukkan pengguna bahwa sistem berada dalam kategori baik dan secara umum dapat diterima oleh sebagian besar pengguna. Pada kategori pada Grade C menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki kualitas usability yang rata-rata. Dengan demikian, pengguna masih dapat dengan mudah menggunakan perangkat lunak. Dan dalam kategori "acceptable" mengindikasikan bahwa sistem masih dapat diterima oleh pengguna, meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencapai tingkat penerimaan yang lebih tinggi. Although it has been implemented, SIMRS still faces challenges that can hinder services. Therefore, a description of the (usability) of the system is needed to ensure its suitability to user needs. This study focuses on exploring the extent to which the implementation of SIMRS supports the efficiency of patient services and improves the quality of services in hospitals. Therefore, a description of the implementation of SIMRS on the efficiency of patient services is important to identify obstacles and successes. Research Methodology: The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with a Total Sampling sampling technique of 46 respondents. Results: The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) score assessment obtained an average value of 71.03. When viewed from the category of traits (adjective ratings), Ciremai Hospital services are categorized as 'Good'. In terms of the level of acceptance (grade scale) with a score of 71.03, it is included in the 'C' category. And in terms of acceptability ranges or acceptable at a score of 71.03, it is included in the ‘acceptable’ category. However, interpretation based on NPS, the result is 'passive', meaning that SIMRS users are not in a condition of rejecting or not wanting to use this service. Conclusion: Based on SUS measurements in the "Good" category, it shows users that the system is in a good category and is generally acceptable to most users. In the Grade C category, it shows that the system has average usability quality. Thus, users can still easily use the software. And in the "acceptable" category, it indicates that the system is still acceptable to users, although there are several aspects that need to be improved to achieve a higher level of acceptance.
