Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Standar lama rawat menurut departemen kesehatan yaitu 6 – 9 hari. Standar lama rawat INA-CBG’s yaitu rentang 3 - 4 hari dengan level 1 dan 2 dengan LOS masa perawatan antara 5 – 6 hari, sedangkan level 3 dengan LOS masa perawatan antara 7 – 8 hari. Dampak rumah sakit yang melebihi standar lama rawat yaitu pada finansial rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis lama perawatan kasus sectio caesarea pasien JKN rawat inap berdasarkan Standar LOS INA-CBG’s beserta beberapa karakteristik kasus pasien yang diteliti. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, teknik sampling yaitu total sampling dan analisis data univariat (deskriptif). Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 194 kasus sectio caesarea tahun 2022 diketahui sebanyak 14,9% LOS pasien melebihi LOS INA-CBGs dengan jenis diagnosis yang sering ditemukan yaitu letak bayi sungsang, sebanyak 49,5% memiliki diagnosis sekunder dan sebanyak 11,3% memiliki komplikasi. Rumah Sakit Singaparna Medika Citrautama masih ada lama rawat yang melebihi standar INA-CBG’s sehingga berdampak pada finansial Rumah Sakit dan perlu adanya kerja sama antara seluruh tenaga medis dalam memberikan pelayanan agar LOS pasien sesuai dengan standar yang telah ada. The standard length of stay for INA-CBG's is the range of 3-4 days with levels 1 and 2 with LOS treatment period of between 5-6 days, while level 3 with LOS treatment period of between 7-8 days. The impact of the hospital that exceeds the standard LOS is the hospital's finances. The purpose of this study was to analyze the length of care for sectio caesarea cases of inpatient JKN patients based on the INA-CBG's LOS Standard along with some of the case characteristics of the patients studied. Method: The type research used by the author is quantitative with descriptive research methods, the research instrument uses observation sheets, the sampling technique is total sampling and univariate (descriptive) data analysis. Results: It was discovered that 14.9% of patients with LOS surpassed LOS based on the findings of the study of 194 caesarean section cases in 2022. 49.5% of INA-CBGs with the most prevalent diagnosis, baby placement, also had a secondary diagnosis, and 11.3% experienced problems. Rumah Sakit Singaparna Medika Citrautama is still undergoing a lengthy treatment that exceeds INA-CBG criteria. As a result, the hospital's finances are affected, and all medical staff members must work together to provide services so that the patient's LOS complies with existing norms.
