Abstract
Latar Belakang: Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) adalah fasilitas untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Perkembangan Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) sangat pesat, apabila tidak diiringi dengan distribusi yang baik akan mengakibatkan kerugian seperti permasalahan pemerataan akses dan juga pelayanan yang saling tumpang tindih atau overlopping. Perlu adanya analisis pemetaan sebaran Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) untuk meminimalisir permasalahan yang ada, yakni dengan pemetaan menggunakan QGIS. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui distribusi keberadaan Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya tahun 2022. Metodologi Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan total sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 132 Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya pada tahun 2022. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukan persebaran Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) paling banyak di wilayah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya adalah Klinik Pratama dengan presentase (41,67% ) sedangkan yang paling sedikit ialah praktek dokter gigi dengan presentase (5,30%). Simpulan: Distribusi FKTP belum tersebar secara merata dengan terkonsentrasi di Singaparna. Kepadatan penduduk tinggi fasilitas kesehatan juga akan meningkat. Radius cakupan menunjukan adanya fasilitas yang memberikan pelayanan yang saling tumpang tindih (overlapping). Background: Primary Health Facilities (FKTP) is a facility to improve health status. The development of Primary Health Facilities (FKTP) is very rapid, if not accompanied by good distribution will result in losses such as problems with equal access and also overlapping services (overlopping). There is a need for analysis of the distribution mapping of Primary Health Facilities (FKTP) to minimize existing problems, namely by mapping using QGIS. The purpose of the study was to determine the distribution of the existence of Primary Health Facilities (FKTP) in Tasikmalaya Regency in 2022. Research Methodology: The type of research used is quantitative descriptive with total sampling collection techniques. The sample of this study was 132 Primary Health Facilities (FKTP) in Tasikmalaya Regency in 2022. Research Results: The results showed that the distribution of the most Primary Health Facilities (FKTP) in the Tasikmalaya Regency area was the Pratama Clinic with a percentage (41.67%) while the least was a dentist practice with a percentage (5.30%). Conclusion: FKTP distribution has not been evenly distributed with concentration in Singaparna. The high population density of health facilities will also increase. The coverage radius shows the existence of facilities that provide overlapping services.
