Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) dan BPJS Kesehatan yang menghadirkan inovasi teknologi bernama Face Recognition Integrated System Hospital (FRISTA) sebagai bagian dari layanan pendaftaran rawat jalan berbasis Biometric. Teknologi ini hadir untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan pengalaman pelayanan pasien, serta mengatasi permasalahan antrean panjang, verifikasi identitas yang memakan waktu di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cideres. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap penggunaan sistem berdasarkan metode EUCS. Metodologi Penelitian: Deskriptif kuantitatif., total sampel 95 orang pasien rawat jalan poli orthopedi pengguna FRISTA. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi berada pada kategori puas, yaitu content sebesar 4,14, format sebesar 4,09, accuracy sebesar 4,03, timeliness sebesar 4,13, dan ease of use sebesar 4,12. Simpulan : sistem FRISTA dinilai mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara efektif, baik dari segi penyediaan informasi, tampilan antarmuka, keakuratan data, kecepatan layanan, maupun kemudahan penggunaan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pendaftaran pasien di Poli Orthopedi RSUD Cideres serta memberikan pengalaman yang positif bagi pengguna. Kata Kunci: SIMRS, FRISTA, Rawat Jalan, BPJS, EUCS Daftar Pustaka: 63 Background: The utilization of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and BPJS Health has introduced an innovative technology called the Face Recognition Integrated System Hospital (FRISTA) as part of a biometric-based outpatient registration service. This technology aims to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and patient service experience, as well as to address issues such as long queues and time-consuming identity verification at Cideres Regional General Hospital. This study aims to measure the level of patient satisfaction with the use of the system based on the EUCS method. Research Methodology : This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach, with a total sample of 95 orthopedic outpatient patients who used FRISTA. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Results : The results showed that all dimensions were categorized as satisfactory, with scores of 4.14 for content, 4.09 for format, 4.03 for accuracy, 4.13 for timeliness, and 4.12 for ease of use. Conclusion : The FRISTA system is considered capable of effectively meeting user needs in terms of information provision, interface display, data accuracy, service speed, and ease of use. Therefore, this system can support the improvement of patient registration service quality in the Orthopedic Clinic of Cideres Regional General Hospital and provide a positive experience for users.
