Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Implementasi Kamar Rawat Inap Standar (KRIS) merupakan amanat Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 Tahun 2024 yang memerlukan dukungan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) yang optimal. Petugas rekam medis memiliki peran sentral dalam keberhasilan transisi ini, namun kesiapan mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sering kali menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan petugas rekam medis dalam pemanfaatan SIMRS untuk mendukung implementasi KRIS di RS Ciremai dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Health Organization Technology-Fit (HOT-FIT). Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di RS Ciremai pada tahun 2025 dengan populasi sebanyak 21 petugas rekam medis. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dikembangkan berdasarkan dimensi Human, Organization, Technology, dan Net Benefit. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menentukan tingkat kesiapan pada masing-masing dimensi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan petugas rekam medis berada dalam kategori siap dalam pemanfaatan SIMRS untuk mendukung KRIS. Analisis per dimensi menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Technology dan Human memiliki skor rata-rata tertinggi, yang mengindikasikan kualitas sistem dan kemampuan individu sudah memadai. Namun, dimensi Net Benefit (Manfaat Bersih) memperoleh skor rata-rata terendah (4,00). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun sistem tersedia, dampak nyata terhadap efisiensi kerja dan kemudahan pelaporan data KRIS belum dirasakan secara maksimal oleh petugas. Kesimpulan: Petugas diharapkan mempertahankan kesiapan dan konsistensi penggunaan SIMRS sesuai SOP. Kenyamanan terhadap sistem yang sudah baik perlu dijaga, serta petugas diharapkan aktif memberikan umpan balik agar pengembangan SIMRS semakin optimal dalam mendukung dokumentasi dan pelaporan standar KRIS. Daftar Pustaka: 46 (2008-2025) ABSTRACT Background: The implementation of Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS), mandated by Presidential Regulation No. 59 of 2024, requires optimal support from the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). Medical record officers play a central role in this transition, yet their readiness to utilize technology is often a challenge. This study aims to analyze the readiness of medical record officers in utilizing SIMRS to support KRIS implementation at Ciremai Hospital using the Health Organization Technology-Fit (HOT-FIT) framework. Method : This study utilized a descriptive quantitative design. The research was conducted at Ciremai Hospital in 2025 with a population of 21 medical record officers. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire developed based on the Human, Organization, Technology, and Net Benefit dimensions. Data were analyzed descriptively to determine the readiness level of each dimension. Results: The findings indicate that, overall, medical record officers are categorized as ready to utilize SIMRS in supporting KRIS. Dimensional analysis showed that the Technology and Human dimensions achieved the highest average scores, indicating adequate system quality and individual capability. However, the Net Benefit dimension received the lowest average score (4.00). This suggests that while the system is available, the tangible impact on work efficiency and the ease of KRIS data reporting has not been fully realized by the officers. Conclusion: Medical record officers are expected to maintain their readiness and consistency in using SIMRS according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The existing high level of system acceptance and comfort must be preserved, and officers are encouraged to provide active feedback for system development to ensure SIMRS optimally supports documentation and reporting in accordance with KRIS standards.
