Abstract
Latar Belakang: Kesehatan mental merupakan aspek penting bagi remaja yang berada pada masa transisi psikososial dan akademik, sehingga mereka rentan mengalami kecemasan dan depresi. Data World Health Organization tahun 2025 menunjukkan bahwa satu dari tujuh remaja di dunia mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental, dan survei nasional tahun 2023 melaporkan bahwa 35% remaja Indonesia mengalaminya dalam satu tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kepuasan pengguna terhadap fitur deteksi risiko gangguan kesehatan mental pada aplikasi SatuSehat. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indicator End User Computing Satisfaction. Jumlah sampel siswa SMAN 1 Beber yang bersedia mencoba fitur deteksi risiko kesehatan mental pada aplikasi satusehat. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Beber yang bersedia mencoba fitur deteksi risiko gangguan kesehatan mental pada aplikasi SatuSehat sebelum mengisi kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pengguna (p < 0,05). Dimensi dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi adalah content, sedangkan yang terendah adalah timeliness. Secara keseluruhan, tingkat kepuasan pengguna berada dalam kategori baik. Data from the World Health Organization in 2025 indicate that one in seven adolescents worldwide experiences mental health disorders, and a national survey in 2023 reported that 35% of Indonesian adolescents experienced mental health problems within the past year. This study aims to assess user satisfaction with the mental health risk detection feature in the SatuSehat application. Research Method: This study employed a quantitative descriptive method with a cross sectional design and a survey technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) indicators. The sample consisted of students from SMAN 1 Beber who were willing to try the mental health risk detection feature in the SatuSehat application. The respondents in this study were students of State Senior High School 1 Beber who agreed to use the mental health disorder risk detection feature in the SatuSehat application prior to completing the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, and descriptive statistical analysis. Results: The results indicated that all dimensions of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) were significantly associated with user satisfaction (p < 0.05). The dimension with the highest mean score was content, whereas the lowest was timeliness. Overall, the level of user satisfaction was categorized as good.
