Abstract
Latar Belakang: Transformasi digital di bidang kesehatan mendorong puskesmas menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik melalui sistem ePuskesmas sesuai Permenkes RI Nomor 24 Tahun 2022. Keberhasilannya tidak hanya bergantung pada infrastruktur, tetapi juga pada persepsi dan kesiapan pengguna. Di Puskesmas Ciperna, pemanfaatan ePuskesmas masih menghadapi tantangan, baik dari aspek teknis maupun pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap implementasi sistem informasi ePuskesmas di Puskesmas Ciperna Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Variabel penelitian disusun berdasarkan konstruk Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Sampel penelitian yaitu tenaga kesehatan pengguna ePuskesmas yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dari setiap unit pelayanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil Penelitian: Karakteristik responden di Puskesmas Ciperna didominasi oleh usia 36–45 tahun, perempuan, berpendidikan D3 dan S1, masa kerja > 3 tahun, serta mayoritas pernah mengikuti sosialisasi. Tingkat penerimaan ePuskesmas berdasarkan dimensi UTAUT menunjukkan ekspektasi kinerja berada pada kategori baik, sedangkan ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi berada pada kategori cukup. Berdasarkan empat dimensi UTAUT, tingkat penerimaan tertinggi berada pada kategori baik. Kesimpulan: Secara umum, tingkat penerimaan pengguna ePuskesmas di Puskesmas Ciperna berada pada kategori cukup, berarti sistem telah dapat diterima dan dimanfaatkan dalam mendukung kinerja serta pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, agar pemanfaatan sistem dapat lebih optimal. Background: Digitalization in healthcare has encouraged community health centers to implement Electronic Medical Records through the ePuskesmas system in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022. Its success depends not only on infrastructure but also on users' perceptions and readiness. At Ciperna Community Health Center, the use of ePuskesmas still faces technical and user-related challenges. This study aims to describe user acceptance of the ePuskesmas system at Ciperna Community Health Center, Cirebon Regency. Research Method: This study employed a descriptive quantitative cross-sectional design. Variables were based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The sample consisted of healthcare workers using ePuskesmas, selected through purposive sampling from each service unit. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through univariate analysis. Research Results: Respondent characteristics at Puskesmas Ciperna were predominantly aged 36–45 years, women, with D3 or S1 degrees, more than 3 years of work experience, and prior orientation training. Based on the UTAUT dimensions, performance expectancy was categorized as good, while effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions were categorized as moderate. Among the four dimensions, the highest acceptance level was found in performance expectancy. Conclusion: Overall, user acceptance of the ePuskesmas system at Ciperna Community Health Center was moderate category, indicating that the system has been adopted and used to support performance and health services. However, several aspects still require improvement to optimize utilization.
