Abstract
Latar belakang: Seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan terhadap persalinan yang aman, angka kejadian SC terus mengalami peningkatan. Data WHO tahun 2021 menunjukkan sebesar 21% persalinan dilakukan melalui SC, sedangkan di Indonesia angka persalinan SC mencapai 17,6%, di Provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 24,9%, dan di Kabupaten Cirebon sebesar 21,1%. Ibu post SC umumnya mengalami nyeri akibat pada area luka pembedahan yang dapat mengganggu mobilisasi dan proses pemulihan sehingga diperlukan penatalaksanaan nonfarmakologis untuk menurunkan nyeri. Salah satu terapi yang dapat digunakan yaitu kombinasi terapi murotal Surat Al-Mulk dan relaksasi Benson. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan implementasi kombinasi terapi murotal Surat Al-Mulk dan relaksasi Benson terhadap penurunan nyeri pada ibu post SC. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus dengan subyek dua ibu post SC. Intervensi dilaksanakan selama 5 hari pada masing-masing klien. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan klien 1 mengalami penurunan skala nyeri dari 5 (sedang) menjadi 2 (ringan), sedangkan klien 2 mengalami penurunan skala nyeri dari 6 (sedang) menjadi 1 (ringan). Perbedaan respon penurunan nyeri dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman masing-masing klien terhadap nyeri post SC. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan kombinasi terapi murotal Surat Al-Mulk dan relaksasi Benson efektif membantu menurunkan nyeri pada ibu post SC. Terapi ini disarankan sebagai intervensi pendamping nonfarmakologis pada ibu post SC. Background: As the need for safe childbirth increases, the incidence of CS continues to rise. WHO data from 2021 shows that 21% of deliveries are by CS, while in Indonesia the rate is 17.6%, in West Java Province it is 24.9%, and in Cirebon Regency it is 21.1%. Post-CS mothers generally experience pain due to the surgical wound area which can interfere with mobilization and the recovery process, so non-pharmacological management is needed to reduce pain. One therapy that can be used is a combination of murotal therapy of Surat Al-Mulk and Benson relaxation. Purpose: This study aims to describe the implementation of a combination of murotal therapy of Surat Al-Mulk and Benson relaxation on reducing pain in post-CS mothers. Method: The research design used a qualitative method through a case study approach with two post-CS mothers as subjects. The intervention was carried out for 5 days for each client. Results: The results showed that client 1 experienced a decrease in pain scale from 5 (moderate) to 2 (mild), while client 2 experienced a decrease in pain scale from 6 (moderate) to 1 (mild). Differences in pain reduction responses were influenced by each client's experience with post-CS pain. Conclusion: The conclusion of the study shows that the combination of murotal therapy of Surat Al-Mulk and Benson relaxation is effective in helping reduce pain in post-CS mothers. This therapy is recommended as a non-pharmacological companion intervention for post-CS mothers. Keywords: Caesarean Section, Pain, Recitation of Surah Al-Mulk, Benson Relaxation.
