Abstract

Nutritional problems such as stunting, wasting, and underweight are still common in children in Indonesia, including in Tasikmalaya Regency. During the First 1,000 Days of Life, children need good nutrition, but often the provision of MP-ASI (Complementary Foods for Breast Milk) is not appropriate, such as unbalanced ingredients or wrong frequency. This is due to low maternal knowledge, so that children are at risk of malnutrition. This study aims to design educational media in the form of MP-ASI Bookletsfor Toddlers at the Darawati Health Center, Cipatujah District. This research is a research and development R&D (Research and Development), using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) stages. Thisresearch was only carried out up to the development stage, while the implementation and evaluation stages were not carried out in this process because the main focus ofthis research lies in the design process and development of the Booklet media. Media feasibility tests were carried out by media experts, material experts and language experts as well as limited trials on mothers of toddlers. This research was conducted at the Darawati Health Center, Cipatujah District in May. The results of the study showed that the developed booklet media obtained a validation score of 90% from media experts, categorized as very suitable, 98% from material experts, and 88% from language experts, categorized as very suitable. The results ofthe trial on respondents obtained an average percentage of 98%, categorized as very good
