The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model, namely: Define, which involves analyzing media needs with a sample of 12 hypertensive patients using purposive sampling; Design, which includes developing the concept, initial design of the digital comic, and validation by media experts, material experts, and linguists, also obtained using purposive sampling; Develop, which includes limited trials involving 12 hypertensive patients using purposive sampling. This study will be conducted from April to May 2026 at Kahuripan Primary Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The results showed that the feasibility test conducted by subject matter experts obtained a score of 93.7%, categorized as “Highly Feasible.” The media experts’ evaluation reached 84%, also categorized as “Highly Feasible,” while the language experts’ assessment scored 93.7%, falling under the same category.
