Abstract

Proses pendistribusian makanan adalah serangkaian kegiatan penyampaian makanan sesuai dengan jumlah porsi dan jenis makanan pasien yang dilayani. Distribusi makanan merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam pelayanan gizi rumah sakit yang berpengaruh terhadap asupan gizi dan proses penyembuhan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran distribusi makanan dan kepuasan pasien terhadap pendistribusian makanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arjawinangun. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara menggunakan lembar checklist mengenai gambaran proses sistem manajemen pendistribusian makanan, serta kuesioner wawancara mengenai kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan pendistribusian makanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tenaga kerja distribusi makanan sebanyak 10 orang masih belum memenuhi standar ideal yaitu 14 orang, sehingga terdapat kekurangan 4 tenaga distribusi. Penilaian terhadap alat distribusi makanan menunjukkan bahwa jumlah dan jenis alat sudah memadai (100%) dan seluruh alat dalam kondisi baik serta dapat digunakan. Ketepatan waktu distribusi makanan pagi, siang, dan sore juga telah sesuai dengan standar rumah sakit (100%). Tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pendistribusian makanan sangat tinggi, dengan 92% responden menyatakan puas terhadap alat makan, 96% puas terhadap tenaga kerja distribusi, dan 96% puas terhadap ketepatan waktu distribusi. Food distribution is an important part of hospital nutrition services that affects patients' nutritional intake and healing processes. This study aims to understand the description of food distribution and patient satisfaction regarding food distribution at Arjawinangun Regional General Hospital. The research method is descriptive qualitative using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews using a checklist regarding the description of the food distribution management system process, as well as interview questionnaires regarding patient satisfaction with food distribution services. The research results show that the number of food distribution workers, which is 10 people, still does not meet the ideal standard of 14 people, resulting in a shortage of 4 distribution staff. The assessment of food distribution tools indicates that the quantity and type of tools are adequate (100%) and all tools are in good condition and can be used. The punctuality of food distribution for breakfast, lunch, and dinner has also met the hospital standards (100%). The level of patient satisfaction with food distribution is very high, with 92% of respondents expressing satisfaction with the dining utensils, 96% satisfied with the distribution workforce, and 96% satisfied with the punctuality of distribution.
