Abstract

Latar Belakang : Adanya ketidaksesuaian beban kerja dengan tenaga kerja tersedia akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produktivitas kerja juga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan dan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatnya jumlah pasien, kebutuhan terhadap tenaga kerja di unit rekam medis juga semakin kompleks. Metode ABK-Kes digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menghitung jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan beban kerja yang ada di unit rekam medis. Metodologi Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh petugas rekam medis yang berjumlah 18 petugas. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 4 petugas per subbagian dengan teknik purposive sampling, cara pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil Penelitian: Dari hasil perhitungan waktu kerja tersedia yaitu 65.340 menit/tahun. Dengan menggunakan metode ABK-Kes kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis di RSU Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon didaptkan hasil kebutuhan SDMK yaitu 4 petugas koding rawat jalan, 1 petugas koding rawat inap, 1 petugas assembling dan 11 petugas filling. Simpulan: Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunkan metode ABK-KES, kebutuhan tenaga kerja rekam medis secara keseluruhan sebanyak 18 petugas sehingga butuh penambahan 11 petugas rekam medis di RSU Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Background: The existence of a mismatch between the workload and the available workforce will affect the level of work productivity and also have an impact on the quality of service and along with technological developments and the increasing number of patients, the need for labor in the medical records unit is also increasingly complex. The ABK-Kes method was used in this study to calculate the amount of labor needed based on the workload in the medical records unit. Research Methodology: This research uses a type of Quantitative Descriptive research. Data collection by conducting observations and interviews. The population in this study were all medical record officers totaling 18 officers. The sample in this study were 4 officers per subsection with purposive sampling technique, how to collect data by interview and observation. Research Results: From the results of the calculation of available working time is 65.340 minutes / year. By using the ABK-Kes method, the need for medical record personnel at the Cirebon Muhammadiyah University Hospital resulted in the need for HRK, namely 4 outpatient coding officers, 1 inpatient coding officer, 1 assembling officer, 11 filling officers. Conclusion: Based on the results of calculations using the ABK-KES method, the overall medical record workforce needs as many as 18 officers so that 11 additional medical record officers are needed at the Cirebon Muhammadiyah University Hospital.
