Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah mendorong pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan melalui digitalisasi. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan e-Puskesmas, Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Tetapi pada kenyataanya memiliki kendala dalam penggunannya Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan sistem e-Puskesmas di Puskesmas Kesambi menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, dan Service). Metode Penelitian: Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, Dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, populasi dalam penelitian adalah pengguna sistem e-Puskesmas di Puskesmas Kesambi, melalui kuesioner berjumlah 24 pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada 20 responden. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil Evaluasi Sistem e-Puskesmas Menggunakan Metode PIECES di Puskesmas Kesambi Tahun 2025 dari aspek performance (85%), information (88%), economy (86%), control (86%), efficiency (86%), Service (86%). Simpulan: Hasil dari Evaluasi Sistem e-Puskesmas Menggunakan Metode PIECES di Puskesmas Kesambi Tahun 2025 yang terdiri dari 6 aspek yaitu performance, information economy, control, efficiency, service mendapatkan kesimpulan dari 6 aspek semuanya termasuk kategori sangat baik. One of them is the use of e-Puskesmas, this system aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of health services to the community. but in fact it has obstacles in its use This study aims to evaluate the use of the e-Puskesmas system at Puskesmas Kesambi using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service). Research Methods: The method used is quantitative descriptive, with a cross-sectional research design, the population in the study were users of the e-Puskesmas system at the Kesambi Health Center, through a questionnaire totaling 24 questions given to 20 respondents. the sample in this study was total sampling. Research result: The results of the Evaluation of the e-Health Center System using the PIECES method at the Kesambi Health Center in 2025 from the performance aspect (85%), information (88%), economy (86%), control (86%), efficiency (86%), service (86%). Conclusion: The results of the Evaluation of the e-Health Center System Using the PIECES Method at the Kesambi Health Center in 2025, which consists of 6 aspects, namely performance, information economy, control, efficiency, Service, concluded that all 6 aspects are included in the very good category.
