Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan mendorong penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sesuai Permenkes Nomor 24 Tahun 2022, yang terhubung dengan platform SATUSEHAT. Implementasi RME diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan, namun keberhasilannya bergantung pada kepuasan pengguna. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan ketidakpuasan terkait tampilan sistem yang rumit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna rekam medis elektronik pada rawat jalan di RSUD Arjawinangun menggunakan metode EUCS dan hasil penelitian ini bisa jadi bahan evaluasi sistem rekam medis elektronik agar kedepannya lebih baik dan bisa meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih efisien. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, populasi yang diambil penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pengguna sistem rekam medis elektronik pada Rawat Jalan di RSUD Arjawinangun, dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang diberikan kepada 46 responden. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis kepuasan pengguna rekam medis elektronik pada rawat jalan di lihat dari 5 dimensi diantaranya content dengan mean 3,3 dikategorikan puas, accurary dengan mean 3,41 dikategorikan sangat puas, format dengan mean 3,31 dikategorikan puas, ease of use dengan mean 3,34 dikategorikan puas, timeliness dengan mean 3,41 kategori sangat puas, dan hasil dari total 5 dimensi dihasilkan mean 3,35 yang dikategorikan puas. Simpulan: Analisis kepuasan pengguna rekam medis elektronik pada rawat jalan di RSUD Arjawinangun dari 5 dimensi diantaranya content kategori puas, accurary kategori sangat puas, format kategori puas, ease of use kategori puas, timeliness kategori sangat puas, dan hasil dari total 5 dimensi eucs dikategorikan puas. Kata Kunci: EUCS, RME, Kepuasan Pengguna, Rumah Sakit Daftar Pustaka: 63 (2017-2025) ABSTRACT Background: Digital transformation in the health sector encourages the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) according to Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022, which is connected to the SATUSEHAT platform. The implementation of EMR is expected to increase efficiency and quality of service, but its success depends on user satisfaction. Preliminary studies show dissatisfaction related to the complicated system display. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of users of electronic medical records in outpatient care at Arjawinangun Hospital using the EUCS method and the results of this study can be used as evaluation material for the electronic medical record system so that in the future it will be better and can improve more efficient services. Research Method: The type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional approach, the sample in this study used a saturated sample, the population taken in this study were all users of the electronic medical record system in Outpatients at Arjawinangun Hospital, with primary data collection through structured questionnaires given to 46 respondents. Research Results: The results of the analysis of user satisfaction of electronic medical records in outpatient care are seen from 5 dimensions including content with a mean of 3.3 categorized as satisfied, accuracy with a mean of 3.41 categorized as very satisfied, format with a mean of 3.31 categorized as satisfied, ease of use with a mean of 3.34 categorized as satisfied, timeliness with a mean of 3.41 categorized as very satisfied, and the results of a total of 5 dimensions produced a mean of 3.35 which was categorized as satisfied. Conclusion: Analysis of user satisfaction of electronic medical records in outpatient care at Arjawinangun Regional Hospital from 5 dimensions including content category satisfied, accuracy category very satisfied, format category satisfied, ease of use category satisfied, timeliness category very satisfied, and the results of the total 5 dimensions of eucs are categorized as satisfied..
