Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pengelolaan data manual di rumah sakit cenderung lambat dan rawan kesalahan. Untuk mengatasinya, penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Namun, implementasi RME di RSUD Arjawinangun masih menghadapi tantangan seperti kendala teknis, jaringan lambat, dan infrastruktur yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan penerapan RME menggunakan model keberhasilan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, sampel menggunakan disproportionate stratified random sampling, populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu petugas yang menggunakan RME di unit rawat jalan RSUD Arjawinangun, dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 46 responden. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil gambaran pengguna RME di unit rawat jalan RSUD Arjawinangun dilihat dari aspek kualitas sistem (75,08%), kualitas informasi (74,30%), kualitas layanan (75,98%), penggunaan Aktual (76,48%), kepuasan pengguna (74,30%), manfaat bersih (77,64%). Simpulan : Gambaran RME di unit rawat jalan RSUD Arjawinangun dari 6 aspek kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan aktual, kepuasan pengguna, manfaat bersih disimpulkan bahwa seluruh aspek tersebut mendapatkan kategori baik. To overcome this, the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) serves as a solution to improve efficiency and service quality. However, the implementation of EMR at Arjawinangun Regional Public Hospital still faces challenges such as technical issues, slow network connections, and suboptimal infrastructure. This study aims to describe the implementation of EMR using the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model. Research Methods:The study employed a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional design. The sample was selected using disproportionate stratified random sampling. The population consisted of staff members who use the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system in the outpatient unit of Arjawinangun Regional Public Hospital. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 46 respondents. Research Results: The overview of EMR users in the outpatient unit of Arjawinangun Regional Public Hospital shows the following results: system quality (75.08%), information quality (74.30%), service quality (75.98%), actual use (76.48%), user satisfaction (74.30%), and net benefits (77.64%). Conclusion: The overview of EMR in the outpatient unit of Arjawinangun Regional Public Hospital, based on six aspects system quality, information quality, service quality, actual use, user satisfaction, and net benefits concludes that all aspects fall into the 'good' category.
