Abstract

Latar Belakang: Analisis beban kerja dilakukan untuk mengukur efisiensi serta efektivitas organisasi melalui jumlah pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Teknik ini menjadi tolok ukur pembagian tugas bagi petugas dan unit organisasi, memastikan distribusi kerja secara adil, memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia, serta mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan, termasuk rekam medis yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis beban kerja petugas rekam medis di Puskesmas Majalengka menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) guna memberikan rekomendasi terkait pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total populasi, populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 (tiga) petugas unit rekam medis Puskesmas Majalengka dengan cara pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kebutuhan petugas rekam medis di Puskesmas Majalengka diperoleh hasil perhitungan indeks Full Time Equivalent (FTE) pada petugas registrasi pasien dan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) yaitu 0 yang berarti tidak perlu ada penambahan petugas dikarenakan beban kerja dengan keterangan underload. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis secara keseluruhan sebanyak 0 petugas sehingga tidak perlu penambahan petugas rekam medis di Puskesmas Majalengka. Background: Workload analysis is conducted to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization through the amount of work performed. This technique benchmarks the division of tasks for officers and organizational units, ensures fair distribution of work, maximizes the potential of human resources, and supports the improvement of service quality, including accurate medical records. This study aims to analyze the workload of medical record officers at the Majalengka Health Center using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to provide recommendations regarding the management of Human Resources (HR). Method : This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was the total population, the population taken in this study were 3 officers of the Majalengka Puskemas medical records unit by collecting data using interviews and observations. Research Results: Based on the results of the calculation of the needs of medical record officers at the Majalengka Health Center, the results of the calculation of the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) index on patient registration officers and the Health Information System (SIK) are 0, which means that there is no need for additional officers due to workload with underload information. Conclusion : Based on the results of the calculation, the overall medical record personnel needs are 0 officers so there is no need for additional medical record officers at the Majalengka Health Center.
