Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: : Di era ini, sektor pelayanan kesehatan mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi kesehatan dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan. Permenkes Nomor 13 Tahun 2022 Tentang perubahan atas Permenkes Nomor 21 tahun 2020 tentang strategis kementrian kesehatan tahun 2022-2024 menyebutkan terdapat 6 (enam) pilar dalam transformasi kesehatan yang menjadi penopang sistem kesehatan di Indonesia. Permenkes Nomor 22 tahun 2022 tentang Rekam Medis Elektronik, yang merupakan salah satu pelaksanaan dari transformasi kesehatan khususnya pada pilar ke 6 yaitu transformasi teknologi informasi kesehatan. Puskesmas Waringin sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama telah menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen puskesmas berbasis elektronik secara menyeluruh dari bulan Desember tahun 2024. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis gambaran kesiapan Puskesmas Waringin dalam menerapkan rekam medis elektronik. Metode Penelitian: Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Waringin Hasil Penelitian: Hasil Analisis kepuasan Penerapan e-Puskesmas di Puskesmas Waringin yang dilihat dari aspek Performance sebesar (88%), aspek Informance sebesar (90%), aspek Economic sebesar (90%), aspek Control sebesar (88%), aspek Efficiency sebesar (88%), aspek Service sebesar (87%), Simpulan: Analisis Kepuasan Penerapan e-Puskesmas dari aspek Performance, Informance, Economic, Control , Efficiency, dan Service dapat disimpulkan bahwa dimensi tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori Sangat Puas. Minister of Health Regulation Number 13 of 2022 concerning amendments to Minister of Health Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning the strategy of the Ministry of Health for 2022-2024 states that there are 6 (six) pillars in health transformation which support the health system in Indonesia. Minister of Health Regulation Number 22 of 2022 concerning Electronic Medical Records, which is one of the implementations of health transformation, especially in the 6th pillar, namely the transformation of health information technology. Waringin Community Health Center as a first-level health Service facility has implemented a comprehensive electronic-based community health center management information system from Desember 2024. The aim of this research is to analyze the picture of Waringin Community Health Center's readiness in implementing electronic medical records. Research Methods: Quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach, The sample in this study were health workers at the Waringin Community Health Center. Research Results: The results of the analysis of satisfaction with the implementation of e-Puskesmas at the Waringin Health Center seen from the aspects of Performance (88%), Informance aspect (90%), Economic aspect (90%), Control aspect (88%), Efficiency aspect (88%), Service aspect (87%). Conclusion: Analysis of Satisfaction with the Implementation of e-Puskesmas from the aspects of Performance, Informance, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service can be concluded that these dimensions are included in the Very Satisfied category Keyword: E-Puskesmas, Electronic Medical Records, PIECES Bibliography: 22 (2014 – 2024)
