Abstract
OVERVIEW OF EPUSKESMAS USER STAFF SATISFACTION USING THE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS) METHOD AT KAWALU HEALTH CENTER IN 2024 36 Pages, V Chapters, 13 Tables, 3 Images, 21 Attachment ABSTRACT Background: Epuskesmas is a health technology innovation that helps puskesmas make better decisions, record and report. By using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, the focus is user satisfaction, especially doctors and health workers. To improve and optimize the use of ePuskesmas to provide more responsive and better health services, EUCS is a tool for measuring user satisfaction. The results of initial research conducted at the Kawalu Community Health Center indicate several problems that need attention. These include problems finding a patient's full name, discrepancies between manual and electronic forms, reduced system speed, problems with deleted patient data, and frequent system maintenance. Methods: Descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were 54 people who used ePuskesmas. Total sampling technique. Data collection used observation. Data analysis used univariate. Research Results: Characteristics of respondents with the largest gender, namely women, 88.9%, the largest age category is 41-50 years, 59.3%, the highest level of education is D3/D4, 68.5%, and the highest age is >5 years. Officer satisfaction based on the content dimension is 61.1% satisfied, officer satisfaction based on the appearance dimension is very satisfied 63%, officer satisfaction based on the accuracy dimension is 55.6% satisfied, officer satisfaction based on timeliness is very satisfied 51.9%, officer satisfaction based on the officer convenience dimension very satisfied 51.9%.
