Abstract
Kadarzi is a family where all family members understand and apply the 5 indicators of nutritional awareness. Based on the 2022 Annual Report on Nutritional Performance Indicators, the Tasikmalaya City Health Service in Purbaratu District achieved the Kadarzi indicator below standard, namely for weighing toddlers 59.24%, exclusive breast milk 78.4%. The aim of the research was to determine the description of nutritional intake, family nutritional awareness behavior and the nutritional status of toddlers in Sukajaya Village, Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. This research is a descriptive research. Data was collected using the interview method using the Kadarzi questionnaire and SQ-FFQ as well as anthropometric measurements. The sample size studied was 30 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with analysis techniques carried out using descriptive statistics. The aim was to determine the description of the variables studied through anthropometric data using WHO-Anthro, nutritional intake in toddlers using Nutrisurvey. The research results illustrate that a good nutritional intake is 43% energy intake, 30% protein, 26% fat, 20% carbohydrates, 17% calcium, 13% zinc and 33% Fe. %%. 83% of families are nutritionally aware and 17% are not nutritionally aware and nutritionally conscious behavior is not good, namely exclusive breastfeeding 73% and consumption that is not diverse 53%. The nutritional status of respondents was 67% good, 16% undernourished and 17% overnourished. The nutritional awareness of families of toddlers should be further increased, especially regarding exclusive breastfeeding and eating a variety of foods so that adequate intake of carbohydrates, protein, fat, Ca, zinc and Fe can be met.
