Abstract

Background: Family Folders is one of the storage and numbering concept applied at the Puskesmas. The application of Family Folders is not in accordance with the provisions so that duplicate medical file numbers and Missfiles result in delays in service because they use the paper system and Microsoft Excel. The use of E-Family Folders is designed according to the Family Folders storage system. This system is designed according to the concept of Family Folders. The purpose of this study was to design a Web-based E-Family Folders at the Cidolog Puskesmas Ciamis. Method: Qualitative design method using prototype. Collecting data using interviews and observation. Results: Manual service which results in quite a long time of service and the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) makes the situation and service conditions become disorderly. The flow of services, namely registration, inspection to documentation. This design is made according to the needs. Conclusion: There is no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regarding service flow, This design is according to functional and non-functional requirements. Switching from a manual system to an electronic system is to minimize the occurrence of queue problems for patient registration and speed up the process of implementing services to improve service quality.
