Abstract
ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Puskesmas (SP3) merupakan kegiatan pencatatan dan pelaporan puskesmas secara menyeluruh dengan konsep wilayah kerja puskesmas. Berdasarkan survei awal, Puskesmas Panawangan sudah menggunakan aplikasi atau website pada bagian pelaporan hanya saja pada bagian pencatatan belum berbasis komputerisasi sehingga mengakibatkan petugas harus mengerjakan pekerjaan dua kali. Puskesmas sudah memfasilitasi sarana dan prasarana namun belum sepenuhnya maksimal. Sebagian petugas di Puskesmas Panawangan juga belum mengikuti pelatihan SP3. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pelaksanaan Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Puskesmas (SP3) di Puskesmas Panawangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Metodologi Penelitian : Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Panawangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 7 informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil Penelitian : Sudah ada yang mengelola SP3, namun belum tersedia tenaga khusus lulusan rekam medis serta perlu penambahan petugas untuk di program gizi dan di Pustu. Tidak semua petugas pernah mengikuti pelatihan SP3. Sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan di Puskesmas Panawangan belum menggunakan buku pedoman atau belum adanya buku panduan. Fasilitas komputer masih kurang sehingga dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan puskesmas petugas menggunakan fasilitas milik pribadi. Layanan internet sudah tersedia namun terkadang ada kendala. Simpulan : Sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan di Puskesmas Panawangan telah terlaksana dan penyampaian laporan SP3 ke Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten juga telah dilakukan tepat waktu. According to the initial research, the Panawangan Health Center has employed an application or website in the reporting area; however, the recording part has not been computerized, so the officer must perform the task twice. The Puskesmas has provided facilities and infrastructure, however they have not been properly utilized. In addition, the Panawangan Health Center has not provided data processing and computer training to individuals in charge of the puskesmas program. The objective of this research was to learn more about how the Puskesmas Recording and Reporting System (SP3) was implemented at the Panawangan Puskesmas in the Ciamis Regency. Methods : Qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research was conducted at the Panawangan Health Center in Ciamis Regency. The research subjects consisted of 1 key informant, 5 main informants, and 1 supporting informant. Data collection was done through interviews and observation. Result : This There is someone who manages SP3, but there are no medical record graduates, and additional staff are needed for the nutrition program and Pustu. Not all staff have attended SP3 training. The recording and reporting system at Panawangan Health Center has not used a guidebook, or there is no guidebook. Computer facilities are still lacking, so in recording and reporting health centers, officers use privately owned facilities. Internet services are available, but sometimes there are obstacles. Conclusion: The recording and reporting system at Panawangan Health Center has been implemented, and the submission of SP3 reports to the District Health Office has also been carried out on time.
