Abstract
INTISARI Latar Belakang: Remaja merupakan kelompok yang mengalami berbagai perubahan fisik, kognitif, dan psikososial sehingga membutuhkan informasi kesehatan reproduksi yang tepat. Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya kehamilan di luar nikah. Edukasi kesehatan reproduksi menggunakan media audio visual dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan membentuk sikap positif remaja. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kesehatan reproduksi dengan pemanfaatan media audio visual terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja dalam mencegah kehamilan di luar nikah di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ciledug tahun 2026. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental tipe one group pretest-posttest. Sampel sebanyak 108 remaja yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui pengukuran pretest dan posttest setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan media audio visual. Analisis pengetahuan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, sedangkan sikap menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil: Sebelum edukasi, sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 74 responden (68,5%), sedangkan setelah edukasi sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 107 responden (99,1%). Sikap positif sebelum edukasi sebanyak 57 responden (52,8%) dan meningkat menjadi 67 responden (62,0%) setelah edukasi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan p=0,000 (p<0,05) pada pengetahuan dan Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan p=0,000 (p<0,05) pada sikap. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh edukasi kesehatan reproduksi menggunakan media audio visual terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja dalam mencegah kehamilan di luar nikah. ABSTRACT Background: Adolescents experience various physical, cognitive, and psychosocial changes and therefore require appropriate reproductive health information. Lack of understanding of reproductive health may increase the risk of premarital pregnancy. Reproductive health education using audio-visual media can be an effort to improve adolescents' knowledge and develop positive attitudes. Objective: To determine the effect of reproductive health education using audio-visual media on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes in preventing premarital pregnancy in the working area of Ciledug Public Health Center in 2026. Methods: This quantitative study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 108 adolescents selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires administered before and after reproductive health education through audio-visual media. Knowledge was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, while attitudes were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test. Results: Before the intervention, most respondents had a moderate level of knowledge, consisting of 74 respondents (68.5%), while after the intervention, most respondents had good knowledge, consisting of 107 respondents (99.1%). Positive attitudes increased from 57 respondents (52.8%) before the intervention to 67 respondents (62.0%) after the intervention. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed p=0.000 (p<0.05) for knowledge, while the Paired Sample T-Test showed p=0.000 (p<0.05) for attitudes. Conclusion: Reproductive health education using audio-visual media had a significant effect on improving adolescents' knowledge and attitudes in preventing premarital pregnancy.
