Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Politeknik KesehatanTasikmalaya Jurusan Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Program Studi Diploma III RMIK Cirebon 2025 GITA FITRI RAHAYU Overview of Educational Video Media on Patient Assessment, Knowledge, and Understanding of the JKN Mobile Application at Kamarang Community Health Center in 2025 89 Page, III Chapter, 5 Table, 4 Oicture, 8 Encosures ABSTRACT Background: The National Health Insurance (JKN) program aims to improve access to healthcare services through digital innovation, including the Mobile JKN application. However, its utilization remains suboptimal due to limited patient knowledge and understanding of its use. Therefore, effective educational media such as video are needed to help patients understand how to use the Mobile JKN application. Metodologi Penelitian: This study used a Research and Development (R&D) method with a modified ADDIE model up to the implementation stage. A total of 89 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. Conclusion: Educational video media can be used as an effective tool to help patients understand the use of the Mobile JKN application and support the utilization of digital healthcare services. Namun, pemanfaatan aplikasi tersebut masih belum optimal karena rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman pasien mengenai penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media edukasi yang efektif seperti video edukasi untuk membantu pasien memahami penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN. Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang dimodifikasi hingga tahap implementation. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 89 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video edukasi dinilai baik oleh responden dari aspek materi, tampilan, audio, dan manfaat. Selain itu, sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN setelah diberikan media video edukasi.
