Abstract

Menurut data kesehatan RS Permata Cirebon tahun 2023, Gerd masuk dalam 10 besar penyakit rawat inap tahun 2023, urutan ke-4 dengan jumlah kasus 15 pria dan 18 wanita. Asupan lemak sangat mempengaruhi keadaan lambung dilihat dari protein dan lemak yang berlebihan pada lambung akan memperlambat proses pencernaan, sehingga makanan dapat membusuk di dalam tubuh dan penyerapan nutrisi menjadi tidak sempurna. Makanan tinggi lemak, terutama lemak hewani, juga akan memicu produksi hormone cholecystokinin yang berlebihan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan lemak dengan kejadian gerd pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan studi cross-sectional, yang bertujuan untuk membuat gambaran, gambaran atau lukisan, tentang suatu gejala, peristiwa yang sedang terjadi sekarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa asupan lemak yang masuk ke dalam perut akan mempengaruhi keadaan lambung dengan timbulnya gerd. Didominasi oleh mahasiwa dan wiraswasta dengan tingkat stress tinggi yang dapat memperburuk kejadian gerd. Kata kunci: Asupan Lemak Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (Gerd) 1.
