Abstract

HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU HAMIL TENTANG BUKU KIA DENGAN PEMANFAATANNYA DI PUSKESMAS PAMENGKANG KABUPATEN CIREBON TAHUN 2026 Xiii + 92 halaman + 10 tabel + 1 gambar + 1 bagan + 10 lampiran INTISARI Latar Belakang: Buku KIA merupakan catatan informasi cara memelihara dan merawat kesehatan ibu dan anak, pada pelaksanaannya buku KIA belum dimanfaatkan sebagaimana semestinya. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III periode April 2026 yang melakukan pemeriksaan ANC di Puskesmas Pamengkang berjumlah 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total populasi. Teknik analisis data univariat menggunakan prasentase setiap variabel dan bivariat mengetahui antar variabel dengan chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil: Penelitian menghasilkan distribusi frekuensi pengetahuan 50,0%, sikap 52,5%, dan pemanfaatan 50,0%. Penelitian menunjukkan p-value 0,343 untuk hubungan pengetahuan dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA dan p-value 0,205 untuk hubungan sikap dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent dan dependent tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, karena nilai p < α (0,05). Kesimpulan: Dengan demikian, pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dalam penelitian ini tidak terbukti berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA. Meskipun demikian, edukasi mengenai fungsi dan manfaat buku KIA tetap perlu ditingkatkan sebagai upaya untuk mendorong pemanfaatan buku KIA secara optimal oleh ibu hamil. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Pemanfaatan Buku KIA Daftar Pustaka: 43 (2018–2026) THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PREGNANT WOMEN’S KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDES TOWARD THE KIA BOOK AND ITS UTILIZATION AT THE PAMENGKANG,, CIREBON REGENCY, IN 2026 xiii + 92 pages + 10 tables + 1 figure + 1 chart + 10 appendices ABSTRACT Background: The KIA book is a record of information on how to maintain and care for the health of mothers and children. In practice, the KIA book has not been utilized as it should be. Method: The research design used is analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study consists of all third-trimester pregnant women during the period of April 2026 who underwent ANC examinations at Puskesmas Pamengkang, totaling 40 respondents. The sampling technique is total population. The univariate data analysis technique uses the percentage of each variable, and the bivariate analysis examines the relationship between variables using chi-square at a 95% confidence level. Results: The research produced a frequency distribution of knowledge at 50.0%, attitude at 52.5%, and utilization at 50.0%. The study showed a p-value of 0.343 for the relationship between knowledge and the utilization of KIA books and a p-value of 0.205 for the relationship between attitude and the utilization of KIA books. This indicates that the independent and dependent variables do not have a significant relationship, as the p-value < α (0.05). Conclusion: Thus, the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in this study were not proven to be related to the utilization of the KIA book. Nevertheless, education regarding the functions and benefits of the KIA book still needs to be improved as an effort to encourage the optimal use of the KIA book by pregnant women.
