Abstract
Abstrak Latar Belakang: Gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran merupakan salah satu masalah keperawatan jiwa yang ditandai dengan mendengar suara tanpa adanya stimulus nyata. terapi okupasi melipat origami yaitu salah satu kegiatan kerajinan tangan yang dapat digunakan dalam terapi okupasi. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi kondisi klien, mendeskripsikan penerapana, mengidentifikasi respon, melihat perbedaan antara dua klien yang memiliki gangguan persepsi ssensori: halusinasi pendengaran yang dilakukan terapi okupasi melipat origami. Metode: Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada dua klien dengan gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan studi dokumentasi. Terapi okupasi melipat origami dilakukan selama 5 hari dengan frekuensi 1 kali per hari dan durasi 30 menit setiap sesi. Hasil:. Setelah diberikan terapi okupasi melipat origami selama 5 hari, kedua klien menunjukkan penurunan tanda dan gejala halusinasi, peningkatan konsentrasi, lebih tenang, lebih kooperatif, serta mulai mampu berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Klien I menunjukkan perkembangan yang lebih baik dalam aspek interaksi sosial, sedangkan Klien II menunjukkan perkembangan yang lebih baik dalam aspek konsentrasi dan kemandirian selama melakukan aktivitas origami.Kesimpulan : kondisi kedua klien mengalami perubahan terkait halusinasinya, Terapi okupasi melipat origami dapat terlaksana sesuai SOP sehingga dapat membantu menurunkan tanda dan gejala halusinasi pendengaran, Respon kedua klien sama-sam bisa meningkatkan konntrasi, ketenangan, serta kemampuan interaksi sosial klien. Perbedaan kedua pasien terletak dalam berinteraksi dan konsentrasi. Saran diharapkan pada kedua klien melakukan terapi melipat origami secara rutin dan berkelanjutan dengan pendampingan yang optimal untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi pada klien dengan gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran. ABSTRACT Background: Sensory perception disorder: auditory hallucinations is one of the psychiatric nursing problems characterized by hearing voices without any real external stimulus. Occupational therapy through origami folding is a handicraft activity that can be used as a therapeutic intervention. Objective: To identify the clients' conditions, describe the implementation of origami folding occupational therapy, identify client responses, and determine the differences between two clients with sensory perception disorder: auditory hallucinations who received origami folding occupational therapy. Methods: This scientific paper used a qualitative design with a case study approach involving two clients diagnosed with sensory perception disorder: auditory hallucinations. Data were collected through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation studies. Origami folding occupational therapy was conducted for 5 days, once daily, with a duration of 30 minutes per session. Results: After receiving origami folding occupational therapy for 5 days, both clients showed a reduction in the signs and symptoms of hallucinations, improved concentration, increased calmness, greater cooperativeness, and better interaction with their surroundings. Client I demonstrated greater improvement in social interaction, while Client II showed better improvement in concentration and independence during origami activities. Conclusion: Both clients experienced positive changes related to their auditory hallucinations. Origami folding occupational therapy was implemented according to the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and was effective in reducing the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. Both clients showed improvements in concentration, emotional stability, and social interaction skills. The differences between the two clients were observed in their levels of social interaction and concentration. Suggestion: Clients are encouraged to perform origami folding therapy regularly and continuously with optimal assistance to enhance the effectiveness of therapy for individuals with sensory perception disorder: auditory hallucinations.
