Abstract
Latar Belakang: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan mendukung efektivitas kerja petugas rekam medis. Rumah sakit memiliki berbagai potensi bahaya yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja, termasuk risiko fisik, ergonomis, dan lingkungan penyimpanan dokumen. Hasil pengamatan di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung pada semester pertama tahun 2025 menunjukkan tidak adanya kecelakaan kerja, namun masih terdapat risiko kategori sedang seperti potensi kebakaran dan kebocoran ruang penyimpanan yang dapat memengaruhi konsentrasi serta kelancaran kerja petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penerapan K3 dengan efektivitas kerja petugas rekam medis di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung Tahun 2026. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analitik dan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 138 petugas rekam medis dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner skala Guttman dengan kategori Ya dan Tidak. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat, dan uji normalitas. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat K3 kategori baik (58,3%) dan efektivitas kerja kategori baik (53,3%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara K3 dan efektivitas kerja petugas rekam medis (p-value = 0,490 ≥ 0,05), meskipun penerapan K3 tetap penting dalam mendukung lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, mayoritas K3 dan efektivitas kerja petugas rekam medis di RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung berada pada kategori baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara K3 dengan efektivitas kerja (p-value = 0,490 > 0,05). Background: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a critical aspect of creating a safe work environment that supports the effectiveness of medical records staff. Hospitals present various potential hazards that can affect performance, including physical, ergonomic, and document storage risks. Observations at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital in Bandung during the first semester of 2025 showed no work-related accidents, but moderate-category risks still exist, such as potential fires and leaks in storage rooms, which can affect staff concentration and workflow. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of OSH and the work effectiveness of medical records staff at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital in Bandung in 2026. Research Method: This study employed a quantitative method with an analytical approach and a cross-sectional design. The study sample consisted of 138 medical records staff, selected using total sampling. Data were collected using a Guttman scale questionnaire with Yes and No categories. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analyses, as well as a normality test. Result: Based on the research findings, the majority of respondents had a “good” OHS rating (58.3%) and “good” work effectiveness (53.3%). The results of the statistical test indicate that there is no significant relationship between OSH and the work effectiveness of medical records staff (p-value = 0.490 ≥ 0.05), although the implementation of OSH remains important in supporting a safe and comfortable work environment. Conclusion: Based on the hypothesis test, the majority of occupational safety and health (OSH) conditions and the work effectiveness of medical records staff at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital in Bandung fall into the “good” category. The results of the study indicate that there is no significant relationship between OSH conditions and work effectiveness (p-value = 0.490 > 0,05).
